We'll start the afternoon at Hepatha to plant five new fruit trees. Borchert Field has been inactive before this year, and our work will help kick off a new start to the space. Finally, we'll end the day at Nia Purpose to help this budding garden bloom!

As the growing season begins, we’ll be traveling garden to garden picking up trash, repairing beds, and setting these greenspaces up for spring success! We’re looking for volunteer support. Come join us! Support Placita Verde Pop-Up, 10am-12pm. Story Garden, 1pm-3pm, Madison Pocket Park, 3pm-5pm. We’d be happy to have you for any or all of these clean-up activities.

Even non-gardeners can support their local greenspace in all kinds of ways. Learn how to get involved with your local garden with speakers Venice Williams (Alice’s Garden) and Dave Johnson (Cream City Farms). They’ll speak about their experiences engaging community in their greenspaces. Register.
