Learn the basics of water bath canning to save your summer veggies all winter long. Participants will take home a canning kit (funnel, tongs, scraper, etc.), and 16 oz jars (4 per person). Take home kits will be reserved for the first 10 registered participants. All workshop participants will enter a raffle to win a 12 qt stock pot.
